What are your fees?

If we are purchasing your stock outright then there are no fees. If we are consigning your stock then we will give you the net TikTok payout minus a 15% fee.

Businesses will almost always achieve a higher return on consignment.

How long will our stock take to sell on consignment?

We can clear hundreds or even thousands of units every night on our live streams.

If you have loads of the same product we will spread them out and do X units per night to achieve the highest return, shoppers like to see a variety of different products on stream.

When selling on consignment do you handle customer returns?

Yes, when you are selling your end of line stock you don't want additional headaches with customer returns. We handle this fully and we will resell the stock that gets returned.

How do I track the sales on our consignment stock?

Once we recieve your stock at our UK warehouse we will then check in your stock and send over a live spreadsheet that will be updated as items sell.

Can you help with our New Zealand export?

Absolutely, we work with a brilliant freight broker (Stellar Logistics) who can assist you with getting your stock sent over to us via either sea or air freight and the customs clearance.
